drishti.money offers the following subscription plans:

Free Plan: No charge. Access to basic portfolio analysis features.
Pro Plan (Rs. 499/month): Advanced risk analysis, sector insights, correlation detection, and priority support.
Premium Plan (Rs. 999/month): All Pro features plus Concall AI analysis, multi-portfolio tracking, custom alerts, and API access.

2. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription fee has been charged, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase
Non-usage or partial usage of the Service during the billing period
Dissatisfaction with the analysis or features provided
Downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle
Account suspension due to violation of Terms and Conditions

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@drishti.money.

Upon cancellation:

Your paid features will remain accessible until the end of your current billing period.
No further charges will be applied after the current billing cycle.
Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
No pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the billing period.

4. Free Trial

drishti.money offers a free plan with limited features at no cost. We encourage users to explore the free plan before committing to a paid subscription to ensure the Service meets their needs.

5. Payment Failures

If a payment fails, your subscription may be paused or downgraded to the Free plan. We are not responsible for payment failures caused by insufficient funds, expired cards, or issues with your bank or payment provider.

6. Exceptions

In the event of a billing error on our part (e.g., duplicate charges or incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days of the charge at info@drishti.money with your payment details. We will investigate and process a correction if the error is confirmed.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or plans. Existing subscribers will be notified of any changes at least 15 days in advance. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel before the next billing cycle.
